Question 1: Can Solar/Batteries be installed to any property
There are many factors that influence if a property is suitable for a solar/battery system. These include roof material, accessibility, incoming power cable, condition of switchboard to name a few. This is why we request an onsite assessment prior to offering a fixed price quote.
Question 2: Do I need to pay upfront?
No. We work in conjunction with a finance company for those looking to pay off your system with savings made on your electricity bill. This company is able offer very low (sometimes 0%) interest rates due to government incentives. If you are looking to pay for the system rather than working with a finance partner we require 50% deposit up front and 50% upon completion
Question 3: How long until my new system can be installed?
This is dependant on our multiple factors. Generally we require 2-6 weeks from accepted quote and payment of deposit/finance approval to allow materials to arrive and mobilisation to site.

Initial contact
After we receive your completed enquiry form we will make contact and book an on site appointment to see how we can help. We will ask you find previous power bills prior to your appointment day.
On site assessment
During the on site assessment we will check all the technical aspects to ensure our design is safe, functional and compliant.
Design
We now have all the details we need to complete a detailed design. Every design is unique in its own way. With our design process we ensure no detail is overlooked. If for any reason we are not able to help we will let you know with a reason why.
Quote issued
You will receive a quote via email. This quote is detailed and highlights all the key aspects of the design including price, manufacturers, warranties, proposed layout, system size and payback period. This will enable you to make an informed decision if the system is right for you.
